Creating an account
Go to the Bronco log-in page.
Click Sign Up.
Create your account with an email and password, or continue with one of the sign-in options shown.
After your account is created, you'll be taken through a short setup form — see Setting Up Your Advertiser Profile for what to expect.
If a teammate invited you, use the link in your invitation email instead. It takes you straight to account creation, and you'll land in your team's existing workspace.
Logging in
Go to the Bronco log-in page.
Click Log In.
Enter the email and password you signed up with, or use the same sign-in option you chose originally.
Resetting your password
If you signed up with an email and password and can't remember it, click Log In, then use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in screen. You'll receive an email with instructions to set a new password.
If you signed up using a social sign-in option (such as Google), your password is managed by that provider, not by Bronco.
Logging out
Click the logout icon next to your name at the bottom of the left-hand navigation. On mobile, open the navigation menu and tap Logout.
Trouble logging in?
If you see an error message on the log-in page:
Double-check that you're using the same sign-in method you signed up with. An account created with Google sign-in won't accept an email and password, and vice versa.
If you were invited by a teammate, make sure you're using the link from your invitation email. Invitations can also be re-sent — ask an Admin on your team to re-send yours from Settings → Users.
If the problem persists, contact support with the exact error message shown.
