The Studio editor is where your project becomes a finished TV spot. The screen has three areas: the Project Settings sidebar on the left, the 16:9 canvas in the middle, and the timeline below.
One rule shapes everything: Bronco CTV ads must be exactly 15, 30, or 60 seconds. The editor reminds you of this above the canvas, and the Publish button stays disabled until your video lands on one of those lengths.
Layout and background
Layout — position your video Left, Center, or Right within the TV frame. Off-center layouts leave room for text, a logo, or a QR code beside the video.
Background Color — the color filling the rest of the frame. Pick a swatch or enter a hex value.
Clips
Your project's video footage lives in the clips strip below the timeline.
Add Clip — upload a new video (MP4, MOV, or AVI, up to 500 MB) or pick one with Select from Library.
Trim — drag the handles at either end of a clip on the timeline.
Split — position the playhead inside a clip (not within a second of either end) and click Split to cut it in two.
Rearrange — drag clips along the timeline.
Rename, Duplicate, or Delete a clip from its menu in the clips strip. Every project keeps at least one clip.
Text
Pick a text style from the sidebar and a text box appears on the canvas. Then:
Type directly on the canvas to edit the words, drag to reposition, and use the corner handles to resize.
Use the inspector to change the font, size, Font Color, Background Color, and weight.
On the timeline, drag the text's bar to control when it appears and disappears.
Images and logos
In the Images section, click + to open Add Your Brand Logo. A PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best, up to 5 MB and at least 100×100 pixels. Once uploaded, click the logo to place it on the canvas, then drag and resize it like anything else.
QR codes
Flip on Add QR Code to put a scannable code on screen — a direct bridge from the TV to your website.
Enter the Destination URL (it may pre-fill with your advertiser's website).
Optionally click + Add UTM Parameters to add UTM Source, Medium, and Campaign values, so scans are traceable in your analytics.
Position and resize the code on the canvas, and set when it's visible using its bar on the timeline.
A QR code needs a valid destination URL before you can publish.
Previewing your work
Click Preview in the top bar to watch your video full-screen with sound, exactly as it will render. Click Edit to return to editing.
Saving
The editor doesn't autosave — click Save Draft to save your progress. Undo and Redo (or Ctrl/Cmd+Z) cover you while you experiment. If you try to leave with unsaved changes, the editor asks before discarding them.
Publishing
When your video is a clean 15, 30, or 60 seconds, click Publish. Bronco saves your project, renders the final video, and sends you to the Creative Library, where it lands ready to attach to campaigns — you'll see "Video published to Creative Library" when it's done.
If Publish is disabled, hover over it: the tooltip tells you what's missing — usually the duration rule or an empty QR destination URL.
