Managing Your Campaigns

Managing your campaigns once they go live and start spending.

The Campaigns page is your command center: a performance chart up top, and a table of everything you're running below it.

The performance chart

The chart at the top shows delivery over time:

  • Use the date range picker to choose the window (the default is the last 7 days, in Eastern Time).

  • Switch the metric between Impressions and Spend.

  • Check the boxes next to rows in the table to plot them on the chart — up to six at a time, plus a Totals line.

If nothing appears, you'll see "No delivery data in this date range" — widen the date range or check that your campaign is delivering.

Campaigns, Strategies, and Creatives views

The toggle between the chart and the table switches what you're looking at:

  • Campaigns — one row per campaign, with advertiser, run dates, objective, status, budget, impressions, and spend.

  • Strategies — one row per strategy, so you can compare delivery lines across campaigns.

  • Creatives — one row per creative, so you can see which videos are earning your impressions and spend.

In the Campaigns and Strategies views, clicking a name opens it for editing.

Campaign statuses

  • Draft — not yet published. Not delivering.

  • Active — published and eligible to deliver.

  • Paused — delivery is stopped, but everything is preserved. Resume anytime.

  • Blocked — delivery is stopped by the system. Contact support if you're not sure why a campaign is blocked.

Pausing, resuming, and archiving

Hover over a row to reveal the actions under its name:

  • Pause — available on Active campaigns and strategies. Stops delivery immediately.

  • Resume — available on Paused campaigns and strategies. Delivery picks back up.

  • Archive — available on Paused or Draft items. Archiving hides the campaign (and all of its strategies) from your lists. Performance data is preserved, but archiving can't be undone.

To archive an Active campaign, pause it first.

Editing a live campaign

Click Edit under a campaign's name (or click the name itself) to reopen the editor.

Most settings stay editable after publishing, with two exceptions per published strategy: the budget type (daily vs. lifetime) and the start date are locked once a strategy is Active or Paused.

The budget amount and end date remain editable, along with targeting, creatives, and everything else.

Remember that changes are saved when you click Continue through the flow — not automatically. If you leave with unsaved changes, Bronco warns you first.
